1.Do you offer free trial edits?

No free trial edits.
I offer a paid sample edit (1–2 minutes) at a reduced rate for serious clients to test my style.

2.How much do you charge?

My rates depend on video length, complexity (motion graphics, sound design, subtitles), and turnaround time.
Share your project details (length, references, deadline), and I’ll send you a custom quote within 12-15 hours.

3.How do payments work?

• 30–50% upfront payment to start
• Remaining payment due after final approval
I accept PayPal, Payoneer, and bank transfer.

4.Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are available only if the final edit does not meet the agreed brief after one round of revisions.
Partial refunds may be issued for work not completed.
Watermarked previews are sent for approval before final payment.

Unlimited revisions are included per project to ensure your satisfaction with the final deliverable. Revisions are expected to stay within the original project scope; major changes beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

4.What if I don’t like the first draft?

You’ll receive a first draft for feedback. I’ll refine it within the included revision rounds until it meets expectations.

1.What format will I receive the video in?

High-quality MP4 (H.264) by default upto 4k@60 FPS. Other formats (MOV, ProRes, vertical versions) available on request.

2.Do you provide thumbnails, captions, or social optimization?

Yes — I can design thumbnails, add subtitles, and optimize videos for YouTube/TikTok/Instagram as add-on services.
